Fix the lssue of remembering old start with music

Do you ever check this forum. Fix the mfing problem of plex remembering where you left off in and song and starting there anew when playing albums and playlists causing individual songs to skip to the middle or end. This is a stupid non-feature that has been complained about for years and is TRULY fing annoying

How about simply disabling it?

  1. Go to the options of the affected library
    ⋮ > Manage Library > Edit...

  2. Navigate to the Advanced tab

  3. Uncheck the option Store track progress

I think this solution has also been posted numerous times.
Side note… this should be disabled by default, so you might want to keep an eye on who’s messing around with your server settings :wink:
