[FIX] Xbox One recently added

So from my last post, I couldn't get my Xbox One to show recently added. I finally got it to work, although not completely understanding why tbh.

Right to the point:

Right click on your Plex Media Server icon in your taskbar and select, "Exit"

Go in to your registry editor

Go to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server

Right-click on the "Plex Media Server" folder in the left pan and select "export"

Save it to your desktop as something like, "Plex Backup" (this is just in case)

Now just left click that folder to see all the Plex settings in the right pane.

Delete everything except:

MachineIdentifier

ProcessedMachineIdentifier
AcceptedEULA
FirstRun
FriendlyName
PlexOnlineMail
PlexOnlineToken
PlexOnlineUsername
PublishServerOnPlexOnlineKey

Start Plex Media Server and check your Xbox One to see the recently added is there. If it is not, then go back and delete all the plex values and restart.

After it is working, go back through and set up your options as you like.

Why does this work? No friggin clue. But I installed a test server on a different box and recently added work with that server on my Xbone. So, I started comparing every single option and made the two servers completely alike in every option menu I could find. Still, no recently added. Then, I decided to delete every registry value that was non-critical and restart the server....boom, fixed.

Here is where it gets weird....

I backed up the original Plex values before it worked, tried to trace the exact value that was causing the issue and could not find it. So I deleted all the values, restored from the original values, and it still worked. Pretty much, it seems like it was not any option to change to fix it, it just wanted everything deleted to start fresh I guess.

Not sure if I am the only one that had this error or not...
