Hi,
I added a couple of albums in FLAC format to my Plex Server.
All albums are showing up but each album shows only 1 single track/song which has the length of the whole album…
Currently I am using Win Server Version 1.4.3.3433, but above is also the case in previous versions.
Players used are Firefox, Chrome as well as the iOS-app… (all latest stable releases) - all with the same problem.
Is there any way to fix this so that I can see and play all songs of each FLAC album separately?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Plex doesn’t have support for cuelists.
The practice to store a whole album as one Flac file and accompany it with a cue file is not supported in Plex.
You’ll have to split the ‘album’ flac file into its individual tracks.
If done right, this process is without quality loss.
There is a software for Windows which can do this: ‘Medieval CUE Splitter’.
I’m sure there are similar solutions for other platforms.

Thanks for this info.
Since Plex is claiming to support almost everything, it would actually be cool to have it support cuelists…
I would like to support for cue lists please. I have several CDs ripped as a single large FLAC.
