Flatpak Plex Desktop and Plex HTPC stopped launching

Server Version#: 1.32.1.6999
Player Version#: Plex Desktop after version 1.68.2.3746 and Plex HTPC after version 1.38.2.3738
The just won`t launch after these updates. No errors.
Versions 1.67.2.3705 and 1.37.3.3706 still working.
Only error I get is

F: Not sharing "/usr/share/themes" with sandbox: Path "/usr" is reserved by Flatpak
/usr/share/libdrm/amdgpu.ids: No such file or directory

But this error is also present in older versions, and does not prevent apps from launching.

System: Fedora Linux 38, Wayland, AMD RX 5500XT

Getting the same error on PopOS 22.04 with X11. Just says

/usr/share/libdrm/amdgpu.ids: No such file or directory
