Hi,
I’m currently have an issue with the way my movie poster thumbnails are currently being displayed on the Nvidia Shield. Let me start by saying
- I currently run Plex using two different devices on two TV’s. One TV uses the Nvidia Shield, the other an Amazon Fire Stick HD. Until today, both Plex interfaces were identical. Down to the resolution used on both TV’s, everything was fine. Below is a picture of how everything use to look (and STILL looks using Plex on the Fire HD stick)

As you can see, everything looks fine. The thumbnail is the regular size, formatting is perfect and movie information (name/date) is displayed at the bottom of the poster.
- Today, my Plex on the Nvidia Shield started looking like this;

As you can see, the thumbnails are squished and the text, in some cases as displayed on the folder itself barely visible, is located in the centre of the thumbnail. This overall just looks like a hot mess.
This does not look like this for ALL libraries, just the ones that seem to contain maybe 50 or more movies.
Again, this seems to only be happening on the TV running the Nvidia shield, and only for some folders…
If this is of any relevance, I’ve also noticed that the folder icon itself for the Nvidia shield Plex app seems to have changed at the same time. Previously, they looked like a simple " > " with the folder text beneath it.
Now, they look as they do in the image with the thumbnail issue, like a standard windows folder icon with white text running directly through the center.
I’m am not entirely sure what was done or changed to cause this problem. Personally, I haven’t changed any settings, only added a new library to my server within the last day.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
