it looks like the folder view was removed with the latest update with personal media. Please bring it back…
On the upper right of the library web interface click the checkerboard icon and at the bottom click “Browse by folder” and there you are.
Lots changed and Plex made several attempts, with varying success, to hide or obscure various functions in the web interface.
