Folders hidden when trying to add to Plex

I suppose that’s a Synology?
Can you confirm the plex account on that NAS has access to /volume1/video? If this is indeed a Synology, you should be able to check / correct this using the DSM system settings (File Sharing > User > plex > Edit > Permissions).
