Folders on my TV have changed

Player Version#: 4.136.1
My apologies for the same version numbers but I just can’t get my head around what is my player or server.
When I go to my hub on the TV via my FETCH Box Ive noticed that the images have changed, no so user friendly now, not sure what has changed them, have attached an image of my TV screen any help would be much appreciated.

From a quick google search, I believe the Fetch TV box is simply acting as a DLNA client. That means it should see the content structure of your Plex server — but every bit of how it’s presented is up to the Fetch box‘s My Media Hub app/section.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes you are correct, my Fetch box is acting as my DLNA client, I just plugged in a usb stick that has some movies on it to the back of my Fetch box and I’m getting the same issues with the layout of the folders, so no issue with Plex.
