@MovieFan.Plex mentions that there are two different ways added_at can be handled on import. If it’s a “new” library it takes from the file dates, vs. if you’re “adding” content it uses the current datetime.
I think it comes down to what else you’ve done with the Library and metadata, vs. your comfort level with the SQL update process.
