Yet again I’m trying to change the agents config and yet again it has a mind of its own and won’t save things. Try to select/deselect/reorder and it randomly messes things up.
I’m am currently totally stuck and can’t get it the way I want it.
THIS IS GARBAGE!! I paid a lot of money for a Plex Pass for this product. How about the developers stop adding things for two seconds and fix seriously broken rubbish like this which has been this way for ages!!!

Are you trying to reorder the stacking (priority) of agents within each category?
Please help me understand what is not working. Can you give me a screenshot, perhaps taking a paint program and drawing on the image what is supposed to go where. If you can show me the before you save it and after you save it, with it not doing what you want, I will try to replicate here.
Fixes for issues usually arrive in the form of software updates. But you need to install these updates to reap their benefits.
When did you update your plex version last time?
You can determine the current software version of your plex server under
Settings - Server - General
If you have several servers, you need to switch servers and then inspect this menu item on the other server too.
