Another frustrated subtitles user here. Using the mac player and vob subs work in forced mode great. Got a forced srt file, plex shows it as a forced flag, have my language settings correct and the option to use for foreign language only, but the forced SRT file still plays all the subs for the whole film. Anyone have any tips?
Providing these helps us to help you. Please include the actual version numbers 
(For example, is it the Plex for Mac app or Plex Media Player on mac that you have installed? Including the version helps us clarify that. Another example, you would be surprised at the number of people who don’t know that they’re NOT on the latest server release for various reasons).
Good points! I have updated my version numbers. I am using plex for mac, roku as well but i know that has it’s own struggles with subtitles so im not even going to ask about that one.
