Found a couple of movies that skip

I have many movies and TV shows on my Plex Server and never have any issues but recently I’ve found two movies that drop many frames during playback. If I play the videos locally they play fine on the server or on VLC player but when I play them remotely through the Plex app on a Roku or Android device frames are dropped seconds worth at a time making it unwatchable. Audio sounds unaffected.
