[Help Needed] Loosing frames on AppleTV

Hi all!

Here the info:
Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645
Player Version#: 2,16

I don´t know exacly how to explain my problem but only in appletv (non 4K) happens:

Just after i start to play any file it´s seems that the enhanced player is loosing some image frames and looks like slow motion for a few seconds then goes back to normal play and repeat the same thing over and over. I am running on wired local network (100 mbits) with direct play. Files are mostly H.264 1080p no 4k. This also happens in remote plays.

I have 02 AppleTV… If a play the same files on other devices (android or SamsungTV) it plays smoothly.

I already uninstall the app, change the network cable, downgrade pms to the version listed above and still i was not able to fix this.

I see occasional frames drop on my ATV 4 non4K with H264-AAC 60fps videos. Not happening very often, seems random. 720p videos. I use enhanced video player, I didn’t test with old player since it’s not happening enough to bother me. Plex player v7 with latest Plex pass PMS version. Direct Play on local server.
