Does anyone know if Plex supports Freesat with its DVR? I am thinking of getting a Hauppauge PCTV 461e FreeSat TV Tuner and was wondering if it would actually work? Or am I better off getting a freeview tuner?

Clicking through to this link from tom80H’s links shows the 461e as working with a Synology NAS. Make sure you’re on the Satellite Tuners sheet.
