Had to do a fresh install on a new computer after old one died. Set up plex just fine but now anytime I access plex via a browser I get the “How it works screen” then the “set up server page” Under setup I can click name under server setup and my server is there, media library shows all my mapped drives and under finish I can hit done and it brings my server right up. Any ideas what would be causing this or any solutions?
Managed to get round the issue.
Downgraded the server to an older installer i had(1.29.0.6244) and it installed fine and setup actually stuck, Apon updating to latest there has been no issue since.
There is a bug with the current update and the setup.
I am sure if you googled it, you should get a site that archives it otherwise i would guess to wait till a new update comes out.
