Fresh install of PMS beta 1.19.2 DUD

Windows 7 SP1

Installed PMS from the web site, download

It is running in the task manager… and the update service is running

No icon on the desktop taskbar…

Cannot access from the browser at port 32400…

been like this for 15+ mins

also it only created two (2) folders in
“C:\Users\Plex\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server”

The one log I posted and

Plug-in-Support has one empty folder Databases

This was a clean install…
What is in “C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server” looks correct…

I’ll try again this after noon… very strange…

went back to PMS 1.18.6 and back running…
this time I upgraded to 1.18.7 first and that worked… (noticed that it did a database update of some type)
all is good…
upgraded to 1.19.1 no issue this time it’s running fine…
I added the libraries to see if it stays running.
