Fresh Install: won't download art, matches fine

I’ve just installed a new SSD in my PC. I’ve freshly installed Ubuntu 18.04 and Plex Media Server 1.18.2.2029. I’ve mounted the drives with my media (ext4 drives, via fstab) - just as they were on the old install/SSD.

Upon installing PMS 1.18.2.2029, I pointed my TV Shows library to that drive, Movies library to that drive… It seems to be able to parse out the names of the shows/movies and respective episodes, but I cannot for the life of me get it to automatically download fan art / posters / etc.

I’ve tried removing the libraries completely and adding them back. I’ve tried removing Plex, reinstalling. I’ve tried cleaning the libraries, fix matches, disabled IPV6, set the network interface (vs using auto). I’m at a loss.

What logs can I even look through to see what is causing this error?

I can manually add art, sure, but if something is wrong with the installation, I don’t want to put in that crazy amount of time only to find another issue.

ALL of this media was very organized etc on my previous Plex Media Server installation, so I’m certain it isn’t a file name / organization issue.

Any help would be very appreciated.

TheTVDB is transitioning from their V2 API to their new V3 API.
There have been issues over the weekend.

Master discussion thread is here. TheTVDB metadata - V3 API and related issues

My recommendation is to give them time to sort out all the final issues.

Wonderful. Thank you for pointing this out. I was having issues with Movies making matches as well, but that seems to have been something minor and has been sorted out .

I will wait it out and hopefully TheTVDB will start working properly soon.

Thank you again.
