TV show art isn’t downloading on any shows I add to my TV Library. It seems to be getting metadata like description, episode names, cast. I get thumbnails for each episode (think it gets that from my media though) but I don’t get the series or season artwork.
I have no issues with Movie posters from my Movies library. Only TV. I’ve been adding Movies for a few months with no issues. I’ve tried adding new TV libraries, deleting thetvdb folder in \Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Caches, changing agent order, updating Plex to latest version.

and I don’t think there’s anything that would be blocking the agents. There’s nothing installed that would be blocking it. Media is on an NTFS drive.
This server was a migration from my old computer a few months ago. I had a TV library with a few shows that I haven’t updated until now. One thing I noticed is if I create a new library and add one of the old shows I had, it gets the artwork. Maybe it’s cached or knows it already has the art for that show because of the other library.
My old computer is able to download art from new shows. Could this be an issue with the migration? Or something else on my new computer?
I’m using Plex version 1.5.5.3634 on Windows Server 2016 (build 1607)
