How come the subject line of friend invite emails state “You’ve been invited to share some media in PIex”? The person the email is received by is not sharing the media in Plex, I am, seems incorrect or at the very least ambiguous.
The beginning of the email’s message body is more clear with “Someone wonderful has shared their Plex media with you!” but then it goes right back to stating something similar to the subject of “You’ve been invited by [email] to share some media in Plex.”.
This wording can be misconstrued by email recipients, especially those who don’t even know what Plex is, as the inviter listed in the email requesting the email recipient to share their media with the inviter through Plex when it is the opposite that is being done.
I only found out about this when someone I had invited forwarded me the email confused for the same reason.
