They’ve checked their junk, inbox, etc… No email’s are being sent out for shares. Are you guys having any issues or seeing your email being slow going out. Anything hung in the postfix queue or other etc?
Can you PM me the username/email of the person you are trying to invite?
As a side note, your friend does not need to wait for the email. If the invite was created properly, they should see it in PlexWeb and be able to join from there.
Actually, let me take that back about your friend being able to accept the invitation through Plex Web. There seems to be a glitch and they will need to accept via the email link. But if they do not get the email, that will be a problem.
The alternative is to have your friend make a Plex account first. Then you can send an invite again. Your friend, now that they have an account prior to the invitation going out, they should be able to accept via Plex Web this time.
I’m also having a same issue, I have invite a friend, but never received the email. Does it require a Plex pass?

not in the junk email. I even created new gmail account and invite myself. Still no email received. I even purchased one month pass to just to test it out. Still no luck. Is it a bug? that gmail account doesn’t work? maybe I should try yahoo?
