I have a friend I am trying to share my library with. They sent invite to me to be friends and I never received it. I sent one to them and they never received it either. Been waiting for some time for the invite to show up. Tried web app and everything. Nothing seems to work.
Can you PM me your friend’s Plex username or email so I can check?

Same issue here… user/friend is not able to receive email invites from me.

I’m sending invites and friends are having a significant amount of trouble finding them in random places in their email inboxes. Some can’t find it using a mobile browser or app and have to use a computer. It’s happening on Google as well as Yahoo.
All my friends except one have found them.
Tell then to use something different than Hotmail.
Alternative is to have them create their Plex account themselves.
Then invite their Plex username instead of the email address.
They can accept the invitation themselves in app.plex.tv
