Friend missing from "Manage Library Access"

Hello,

One of my friend’s user is missing from the “Manage Library Access”.
If I try to add them (Invite), I get a message that that user is already my friend.

Not sure where to go from here, or what else I could do…
Any pointers on how I could troubleshoot this issue?

Go here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends

Then click on your friend, and if there’s not a button named Library Access then click on the 3 dots above

Select your profile picture from the menu at the top-right corner of the web app.
Then click a specific friend or the Friends header on your profile.
