Library Access "No friends with access"

I apologize if this is the wrong location to post this.

I believe this is more of an account issue, then specific Plex Media Server issue.

My friends, and their corresponding shared libraries have vanished from “Manage Library Access” and it now lists “No friends with Access”.
When I click Grant Library Access, and enter their username, it states they are already friends, and I cannot do anything.

I’m accessing this via app.plex.tv – I’ve tried both Chrome and Edge, clearing cookies, etc…

Do they still show under https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/profile
