Log into my server. Settings > manage library access > view all friends > click on any friend to see details and I get the error.
Work with hosted Plex Web, 4.96.2: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/
Also, no need to select “View All Friends.” Go to Manage Library Access and select the friend from that page (or Grant Library Access to add a new friend). This works with the bundled version of Plex Web, 4.87.2.

I have tried to Grant Library Access to a Friend and I get an error:
Something went wrong
An unexpected error occurred.
I tried this on the Plex App Version 1.59.1.3398-dab42972
and on the website: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends Version 4.96.3
I get the same error both ways.
