Friend no longer able to access Plex server

Player Version#: Web Player 4.8.3

I recently upgraded to the latest Plex server and my friends can no longer access my server. I no problems accessing the server from my public IP as well as through my Plex account, however my brother is not able to. He receives a message “No soup for you! You do not have access to this server”.

I have attempted to remove his access from the server, and then re-add him to no success. Multiple other users have reported the same issue with my server.

I have checked the Plex logs and did not see anything in there indicating a failed access attempt.

Anyone able to provide some guidance?

I had the same problem with 1913 & 1944. Since you’re having the same problem with 1973, I guess I’ll stay on 1709.

Does it show remote access enabled and working in the settings? Port 32400 in use and working? When you say that you have no problems accessing, is that locally or are you remote and connecting/streaming?
