I wanted to allow my friends to view a new library I created tonight and I noticed that all of my friends that share their servers with me are missing from my friends list…. All my friends that are just viewers of my server show up just fine.
Anyone else noticed this?
Which web browser are you using?
Any browser add-ins?
Are you using the hosted web app?
Was your plex account captured or deleted in the past and then restored?
I clicked on the link you provided and it looks the same. So I assume I am?
I did move my database file (and server) from one Windows 10 machine to another.
I’ve tried Foxfire on Windows and Safari on iOS with the same results.
Did you remove all of these users now?
I didn’t remove anyone. It happened after I ported my database from one computer to another.
Log files show you were removing the “friendship” status of at least 4 users at once. One every ~30 seconds.
Are there other users who have access to your computer or your web browser sessions?
Not that have my PIN number.
I removed a couple of people but not the two friends that share their servers with me. It was just a couple of people that never use it.
I am asking because you don’t seem to have any servers shared with you at the moment.
I found out they deleted me. But that still doesn’t explain why they disappeared on my end. I didn’t delete them. Anyway, I just added them back.
