Frozen file select window in Plex Player for Windows

I was trying to change the poster image for a video. In the Edit screen for the video, when I click on poster and then choose an image, the file select window that open up is mostly frozen, not allowing me to do anything. Only way out is the shut down the app.

This happens to me as well, except it’s when trying to select a different profile picture for an account
