This feature was excluded from PMP and was previously in PHT. It is a major feature for myself who uses a 27" monitor for desktop use and a secondary screen (projector) for Plex. Having to drag and drop the window over to the correct screen is a real pain whereas it used to just open in full screen on my projector no problem.
I hope this can be added back soon and maybe more people than just myself need this back.
