Fully accessible outside network, but direct play doesn't work in the plex app

Server Version#: 1.29.2.6364
Player Version#: iOS 8.11.1

Like the title says, my plex server on windows 10 is setup, I have portforwarding, and in settings it claims to be fully accessible outside my network. But, no matter what I try I cannot get it to direct play at original quality. If I visit the public IP of my server in a browser then I am able to play original quality, but for some reason not through any of the native plex player apps.

Very strangely, I have another plex server setup on a Raspberry Pi that for some reason can direct play in the apps outside the network, while the one on my PC cant… could the issue be that I have two plex servers running on the same network, even though I specified a completely different port for the PC plex server?

Not sure what else to do here, not sure logs are going to be of any assistance.

Play something from each server inside the network and then outside

During playback for each, screen shot the dashboard in Plex to see what’s happening here

Remote, local or indirect and transcoding from what to what, will offer clues as to what’s happening or if remote access is configured correctly for both servers.

Not everything will direct play depending on the files, upload/download speed and what device they’re streaming to

Running two servers is not a problem if they’re configured correctly.
Internal port: 32400 for both
External port: 32400 for one 32401 for example
