Thanks for the Plex web verbose log and server logs
I tried the url’s that Plex Web was using and i got to your server and got authentication error 401 - which is expected/ In your case the requests are not getting to the server
The machine that you are running chrome on - is it at a remote location?
Try this in a browser on the remote desktop PC
https://xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx.234cf2de9b6c488a97d4d15d0c6e2731.plex.direct:15237/media/providers substituting the octets from your server public WAN IP address with the equivalent to replace the xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx where a dash is used instead of the dot.
I expect you to get a 401 error returned after reaching the server and bouncing because of there not being a security token. The Plex Media Server.log after making this browser request should show that request coming in and returning with a 401 error
What security software / internet access control software/options do you have running on that Windows 10 PC running chrome?
We could drill further down in Plex Web and open dev console in chrome via F12 key and tick preserve log and then save the network log as a .har file - if you do that, zip and send me the zip privately
