Fully subscribed to Plex Pass + Tidal but cannot play either via the Tidal app or Plexamp

Hello,

Renewed my subscription to Tidal a couple of days ago and now I cannot play anything from the Tidal app (it shows as if I don’t have an active subscription), or Plexamp (couldn’t start playback).

I’ve gone back and forth with Plex, relinked Tidal in Plex, spoke to Tidal and still cannot access my music.

Has anyone been through this and can assist?

Plex customer service’s suggestions did not work. I disabled and re enabled music on Online Music Sources, unlinked my Tidal account and re-linked it and still no joy.

Getting frustrated now, it shouldn’t be this hard.

Appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Doing all of this on a fully updated iPhone 12 Pro, which has worked fine so far, until I had to renew my sub.
