Like others in this forum who received no reply, I too am experiencing the inability to play TIDAL content either through Tidal itself (web or app) or through Plex (web or PlexAmp).
I’ve corresponded with both TIDAL (who said they can’t help because it’s through Plex) and with Plex. The friendly Plex employee had me do the Online Media Source disable/enable, other services unlink/link dance, which I’ve done twice with no success.
What can I do to enable the Tidal service as advertised? Seeking a refund and not using TIDAL is not preferred, but the only outcome if it cannot be resolved.
Same issue, is there really no solution? I’ve been a plex plus and tidal member for almost a year and only recently have I not been able to play Tidal content!
I just activated the TIDAL add-on, and I’m experiencing the same problem. I contacted TIDAL that told me that my subscription got cancelled, and they can’t do anything on their side.
So I can’t use TIDAL any more with the TIDAL app and I can’t use TIDAL directly in Plex.
Does anybody know a fix for this or have a contact with Plex ? I sent an email but didn’t get a reply.
Should the option “other services unlink/link” be as linked? I’ve tried both, but since TIDAL thinks my account is cancelled, it doesn’t do anything either way.
I got a reply from plex by mail that told me a series of actions to get it to work. Unfortunately, it didn’t do anything. I still can’t access Tidal in plex or in Tidal app.
Since I tried to merge my subscription of Tidal in Plex, my subscription to Tidal seems to have either completely bug or just disappeared.
I hope you’ll be able to help.
