Could you enable debug logs of the web app,
try to tune the channel
then fetch the web app logs after 1 minute?

i just tuned into the Plex Live TV. It is now working! Thank you so much for such a quick turnaround! #AWESOME! Would be nice to see BUZZR added on Live TV for Canadians to watch.
