Games Won't Load in Plex Arcade

I had to reinstall my server recently after hardware failure and now my games won’t play on plex arcade. Neither the included games that come with the service nor my other ROMs will load. I refreshed my Parsec connection just in case and loaded everything the same way I did the first time around but now, if I try to load an included game I get

and if I try a NES rom I get

my libraries appear to be successfully loaded as they are detecting games in folders so I am not sure what is different this time around.

Is there any kind of support for Plex Arcade? I am starting to wonder…

-100006 is failure to load the game (not the core).

Have you unzipped the roms? Several of the cores (including the snes ones, so probably nes too) actually need unzipping to be loaded properly (even though they can be indexed inside zips happily).

Thank you for that, I’ll give it a shot. I can try it for the NES games but the included games that come with Arcade (Atari) won’t load either. What kills me is that my first attempt with this service when it was first released I managed to get working with the same games and roms but now, after a new server install, (same model hardware) does not work at all.

Done with this, just cancelled my sub for PlexArcade. May try again down the road but for now I’ll stick to more proven emulation solutions.
