Get rid of "Recommended" on server

Server: 1.22.2.4282 (Ubuntu 20.04) In the never ending quest to drive users to the ‘Library’ tab instead of the ‘Recommended’ tab so they realize how much content I actually have, and how to browse it in alphabetical order, I went in and unchecked all the options under each library.
