getting a error on UDP port 49152: [Errno 10048]

I cannot connect to my server...

PlexConnect : IP_self: 192.168.1.90

PlexGDM : looking up Plex Media Server

PlexGDM : ***

DNSServer : Failed to create socket on UDP port 49152: [Errno 10048] only one us

age of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

WebServer : WebServer: Serving HTTP on 0.0.0.0 port 80.

Please help I am not sure what i have done wrong i am running my plex server on a windows machine and i am running apple tv 3 with patch 5.2.1
