Getting a New TV channel added to the guide

In the Michiana area, they just started up 16.3 Circle TV. I check everyday and it’s still not available. Who do I contact at Plex to have this channel added?

The channel is now in place and there is EPG data. I noticed that it is not in English and I am querying this with our provider
