I don’t quite understand, 2 emas in 3 weeks to billing and all I wanted was confirming that I can change from a monthly to a unlimited subscription. I know most likely the answer is yes, a confirm “yes” isn’t all that hard. Why is it that Plex support can’t even type a few words to say yes? Is it because I’m not a Plex pass subscriber yet? Or simply they don’t give a rats ass about support? Not a subscriber yet, its already like so, whatever if I did subscribed? Is this the regular for all people using Plex? Thanks
If you take the time to read instead of ignoring people, you will note that I’ve done so THREE TIMES! STOP BELITTLING CUSTOMERS AND SUPPORT THEM. THATS WHAT THIS FORUM SHOULD BE DOING. THATS WHAT YOU ASK PEOPLE TO FILL THE FORM FOR.
Hi @Jcquantum,
@flow is not a Plex employee, but please be respectful to Plex employees and other users alike when posting in the forums.
You can definitely upgrade from a monthly/annual Plex Pass at any time to a lifetime pass if you wish. I have done so myself.
I do not wish anyone bad and didn’t know he/she wasn’t a Llex employee. But if you’ve tried filling up forms 3 times and just don’t get an answer for a question, I’m sure you’ll be frustrated too. But hey, blame the guy who’s asking for some help right? He’ll, he doesn’t deserve no respect because he asked for some help/answer. I get it. Sorry I asked
Would you two mind keeping this conversation on a more moderate and friendly level? Caps Lock doesn’t help if everyone is using it all the time. And although I know things can be quite frustrating, staying friendly is the best thing you can do to get more friendly replies and really help you and everyone else having similar problems
Thanks @Super4Jet,
Correct me if I’m wrong @Jcquantum, but it sounds like you have the answer to your question now, so I’m going to close this thread, as the discussion is no longer helpful to anyone.
If you have further questions, please open a new thread, and try to be understanding. The Plex team works hard, and if their response time is longer than you expected, it’s likely due to their current workload.
