Getting logged out after awhile

I upgraded to .7 within the app, everything worked fine.

However, now, when I turn on my TV (I leave RPI on all the time), I see only “watch later” and “search” in the sidebar. I try to sign in via the preferences, but it just hangs. If I restart the RPI, it boots up and automatically signs back in and works fine. Pretty new to Rasplex (been using a few weeks–first with .6 and now with .7), so not sure where to start for troubleshooting. Fresh install on the SD card? Different SD card? Some new setting?

I would suggest initially a clean install of 0.7.0 onto a Class 10 SD card, make sure you are using a minimum of 2A power supply.

Are you using the latest Plex Media Server - 0.9.12.6?

maybe the problem resolved itself–i haven’t seen it in a few days. thanks for helping me troubleshoot though!

I have the same issue, and I’m running server released on the 3rd august. Never saw this with previous two releases of rasplex. If I wait awhile - go of and make a cup of tea - the sections (movies, TV etc) reappear. I did an upgrade to 0.7.0 and did not flash.
