I've setup rasplex for my parents using the shared content on their plex account.
However on restart none of the MyPlex buttons show up.
For shared content to display on the main screen i have to login & logout (via pin) however upon restarting the Pi, the items for myPlex (Recomendations, Shared content, Queue etc) all disappear even though in settings it shows as MyPlex being signed in. IF i then sign out and sign back in, they then show up. Is this a known bug? I feel that on bootup the rasplex doesn't actually sign in to myplex when the settings are saved, as it acts as if its not signed in until i sign out/back in.
running the latest build (asof this post, using 'current on the getRasplex.exe - Don't have access to the rasplex at this moment to check the actual version number sorry! Was flashed today though) On a Pi Model B

I've never experienced this issue and I share media in a very similar way to the Plex account of my brother, who uses his RPi daily to access shared content from me.
I've also tested his account access using my own RPi (with separate SDcard for his account), and the problem you describe has never occured for either him or me.
One big difference from your usage is that neither he nor I has ever used the PIN login method. In initial configuring of RasPlex we always switch from PIN to Manual login and enter the username and password of the account, and also configure the rest of the settings to always use passworded myPlex login.
Another possible difference is that I believe you're using a rather old client version, since the 'current' build is the latest 'stable' release of RasPlex v0.3.1, which was compiled in early october of last year and is therefore based on the v0.9.x series of Plex Home Theater, whereas the 'experimental' build of RP-9.9.20 which I use was compiled in early February of this year (19 days ago) and is based on PHT v1.0.9.
