Getting Playback Error after moving library but ONLY for Extras

I’m getting this error after moving my movies from one drive to another (using the Plex-recommended method):

“Playback Error. Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”

Odd thing is, the error doesn’t happen for the movies, only the Extras!

My log says the extras ARE looking in the old location. But I don’t know why…I removed the reference to that location in the library.

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2902
Player Version#: 4.35.1

After removing the old location reference did you empty trash & clean bundles? That should remove references to the old location from Plex’s database.

Then try rescanning the library and refreshing the metadata to pick up the new location.

Yessir, I did all of those, but forgot to mention it.

Update: I noticed some refreshing going on as I was working on something else (not in Plex), and now the extras work again. Maybe something was still updating in the background? It’s been about an hour since I emptied trash and cleaned bundles…could they take that long? (They looked finished based on the interface.)
