Once again after update: problems- PLEX only reachable over LAN and not "locally"?!

I really liked PLEX for so many years because it simply worked!

In the last years more and more problems occured- I once thought, that the problems will decrease but I failed… :frowning:

Right now I tried to open the plex start page and received an error message when trying on my sever directly:
> Plex ist nicht erreichbar.
> Stelle bitte sicher, dass dein Server mit dem Internet verbunden ist und dass der Zugriff nicht durch Firewalls oder ähnliche Software blockiert wird.

When I try to connect from an other pC in my LAN it works! BUT I can not play the files. How can that happen??
