Resolved - Completed the Remove AppleTV from Authorized Devices, and signing into AppleTV steps two more times, and the app now recognizes Plex Pass status.

Plex app on AppleTV is prompting me to Subscribe / purchase a Plex Pass subscription when I try and apply one of the Plex Pass-only options (themes, icon change, etc).
I have a current active Lifetime Plex Pass subcription.
Streaming media from all server libraries works without issue on the same AppleTV, as well as all other linked devices.
Things I have tried, in order:
Updating Plex Server application (Ubuntu Server)
Restarting Plex Server
Signing out of Plex account on AppleTV
Removed AppleTV from Authorized Devices settings on Plex Server
Deleting Plex app on AppleTV, reinstalling from App Store
Signing in to Plex account on AppleTV, linked with https://www.plex.tv/link/ prompt
Confirmed reinstalled AppleTV appears under Authorized Devices settings on Plex Server
Tried “Restore Purchases” button on Plex Pass subscription prompt.
Restarting Plex Server
Restarting AppleTV
Confirmed streaming media from all libraries still works on AppleTV app, and other devices. Still being prompted for Plex Pass purchase when activating a premium setting on AppleTV.
