My friend has been removed from the sharing section of the PMS settings. However, his/her server still shows up in the drop-down list and just shows unavailable with a red rectangle, how can I remove it from the list so it doesn’t ever show up again?

Signed out and signed in lots of times, but again just for kicks. It is still there. 
if it is your friends server (not one of yours), then you should probably need to unfriend him.
otherwise, your friend needs to remove his server from HIS account if it old/no longer in use.
Hmm, so it is on him? We are not “friends” under sharing anymore but his server still shows up in my list. So once he deletes his old server then it will disappear from my options? Makes sense but I have not way to contact him at the moment.
Can you PM me the details of what friend is sharing with you and the name of the server so I can investigate? If you’ve removed them as a friend, their server should go away.
