A while back a friend of mine added me as an admin to his server, he has since removed the server and no longer uses Plex. In my server list his server shows up still, and I have tried every way possible (looked under devices and the only server listed is mine) to remove it. Even had him login to Plex and make sure I am not added anywhere on his account but his unavailable server still shows in the list. Anyone know of a way to remove this?
I am having this same problem with a server on my list. Though I do not see option to remove server. All I see is link to try again and ?Where is my server. The user is no longer on my friends list either. Other than that PLEX runs flawless for me…loving PLEX Cloud so far.

Click the red x to remove a device.
Not my server…I’m trying to remove his off my list. It only shows on drop down list as unavailable and he was removed from friends list
I’m having the same issue, friend shared a server with me that is no longer available. Can’t find a way to remove it anywhere.

You can stop being a friend, that should remove the dead server. Or, contact the friend and have him/her remove the server from his device list - that should do it too.
yeah i can’t find them anywhere listed as a friend and the server isn’t listed under servers.
If you can see your friend’s server, your friend must be listed under Settings \ User \ Friends. Either remove them entirely as a friend, or click on the pencil icon next to their name. You should then see the name of the server on the left, click on it, then in the main window on the bottom, you should see “Leave Server”.

This is the problem i think we are finding. I have removed the friend from Settings\User\Friends and it was deleted off that list, but when back to drop down server list the Friends server shows up with a “Red triangle with exclamation point” and can not be selected. It would seem the user no longer exist IMO. So unsure how to remove. The offending server only can be seen using web browers, Plex extension or Plex Media Player. Android app never shows the server. all other servers and friends respectively show correctly. Interested in any feedback…again PLex runs Flawleesly for me even PLex Cloud…LOve it!!!
