Hi,
I would like to give righ to download files to my familly throuht their computer, but they didn’t have the “Download” bouton under “…” buton. Even if i give us download Right into their profil. For the moment i give us my pin code and they can download, but this not a good way to do it.
May i miss a parameter somewhere, some one have an idea ?
Those are two separate concepts.
You seem to be referring to a feature only available to the server admin. The Download option in the movie context menu is available in the browser version to actually download that item’s file (through the browser).
The Download feature you can enable for your friends / users refers to syncing/downloading media to a Plex client (e.g. Plex for Mac/Windows desktop client, Plex for Android / iOS). This will make the file available for offline use inside said Plex apps.

I bought plex pass only for this reason, why download from browser is block for users ?
If Plex allowed arbitrary download to anyone, especially in a browser attached to an arbitrary computer, it would constitute file sharing which is not allowed in certain countries.
