I’m going through my movies section and marking individual items as watched, either by long-pressing on the movie icon and using that menu or short-pressing the movie icon and using that menu. Either way, after I press the mark-as-watched button, I’m taken back to my movies list as expected but instead of the current movie remaining the currently selected movie, I’m brought back to the 25th item in my list (5th row, first column anyway, if 25 means nothing to the reader). I have several hundred films in my collection and it’s getting tedious having to scroll back down many screen-pages just to return to where I last was. Any thoughts on what this issue might be? I can’t say when this issue started but it wasn’t like this before.
I’m using the Plex app on my nVidia Shield Pro.
I’ve tried with the Shield’s physical remote as well as with the Shield’s virtual remote iOS app on my phone.

P.S. I’m marking tv shows and movies as watched after having replaced my nVidia Shield Pro with a newer model. It’s both my Plex server and my player and all watching history was lost during replacement. The media files themselves are on my NAS.
