Google Chromecast TV stutters with HEVC main 10 1080p

(BUG) Chromecast with Google TV HD and 4K stutters with HEVC main 10 1080p movies

Hello all, Some of my users with Chromecast with Google TV HD are having issues playing HEVC Main 10 1080p movies. The sound plays but the movie plays at a low rframe rate (i think 10 fps?). I tested the same release on iOS, Windows, two different LG TV’s and three different Samsung TV’s and they play just fine. Even on the XBOX Plex client it plays fine.
