Google store Apk Purchase

I purchase plex apk on the google play store about three + years ago for $4.99, Last year i decide that i would try the plex pass for one year, This was two separate purchase years apart, After one year of plex pass i didn’t renewed my sub, Now my google purchase show’s it’s been cancel since 5/14/17, I never cancel that purchase, How can one cancel a purchase after having and using it for over three + years…

To me this sounds like an issue that only you can discuss with Google.
Hopefully they will have records showing what was going on.
Just make sure that your device is still signed into the same google app store account as it was using when you bought the app.

Is this perhaps the same issue as this user had?

I can only assume:
when you activated your plex pass, the mobile app was activated by the plex pass. Now that this is no longer available, it must fall back to the old app store purchase.
And this ‘fall back’ is what is apparently not working cleanly.

I’d try to deinstall the app.
Then install it afresh from the app store and perform the ‘Restore purchase’ procedure.

My google store record shows it was cancel 5/14/17
That date of Canceled is years after i bought it…

I am not sure what you bought in the app store.
Because the app is not a subscription, it is a one-time purchase. In theory, it cannot be canceled.
So was it really the app you bought in the app store or was it something else?

and supply all the documentation/receipts/puchase confirmation emails etc. you have.

Yea i know, I just look at all my play store purchase and saw when i bought the plex apk december 21 2013…
