I can’t find anything in the logs about this. But when I change the configuration settings for subtitles in Google TV Plex client nothing happens. I can’t change the color I can’t change the size I set override on, but it doesn’t make it doesn’t different.
I’m just trying to get some anime to be more readable at you know 15 feet :(.
I tried clearing the cache
I tried clearing all the dead and resetting the client.
No difference.
Anybody know how to get subtitles to actually use the Plex settings? I no they’re not burned in. Conventional English subs.
I changed burnin from automatic to on, which seems incorrect, but at least that’s getting the font to change size. But still not properly apply in settings because the color of the font isn’t changing.
Confirmed: nothing related to subtitles works anymore.
Changing offset also does not work.
